How to Meet our Shuttle
You’ll be on your way in no time!
Auckland airport has shifted ALL vehicle movements away from the International terminal, which means you’ll have a short walk to meet your Kiwi Car Hire airport shuttle.
STEP 1:
Exit Customs & Immigration into the Arrivals area.
Then call us for your pick-up on 0800 35 45 00 or 09-275 4045
(Please don’t call until you’re through, as there may be processing delays in Customs. If you call from arrivals, we’ll take about the same time to reach the pick-up point as you will.)
STEP 2:
Exit the terminal through Door no. 8, following the sign for Off-site Shuttle Transfers.
STEP 3:
Walk across the pedestrian crossings, following the sign for Off-site Shuttle Transfers.
STEP 4:
Now turn right, still following the sign for Off-site Shuttle Transfers.
STEP 5:
Proceed under the covered walkway, following the sign for Off-site Shuttle Transfers.
STEP 6:
Left turn coming up. Follow the signs!
STEP 7:
You MUST now turn left and follow the sign for Off-site Shuttle Transfers.
Do NOT follow other passengers to the private car pick up!
STEP 8:
Yes! You’re on the right track. Please continue to follow the walkway.
STEP 9:
Continue following the signs, under the walkway. The pick-up point is now in sight.
STEP 10:
Nearly there! We just need to cross two roads, using the pedestrian crossings.
STEP 11:
Walk across to the right . . .
STEP 12:
. . . and then across to the left.
STEP 13:
You’ve made it! Follow the path and cross to Lane 3*, where your shuttle will shortly arrive – if we’re not already waiting for you.
Please note: you are NOT looking for ‘Car Rentals.’ Instead, look for Off-site Shuttle Transfers.
* Unfortunately, the lanes are not numbered! (Perhaps the airport company will get it done, one day.) Just count three lanes out from the white covered walkway. . . but luckily our shuttle has our name on it!
